DescriptionPieced, set, and hand quilted Album Quilt with inscriptions in ink. Dated and inscribed 1846 and 1847, made in Rhode Island. Pattern can also be called Checkerboard, Courthouse Squares, Courthouse Step. May be called a signature quilt as well.
