DescriptionNavajo wedding basket. Coiled. Foundation of split grasses. Sewing in aromatic grasses. Design in martynia pod, herringbone edge. Although these baskets are universally called Navajo weddidng baskers, there are those who contend that they were not made by navajo but by Apache Indians.
