DescriptionValentine's Day postcard depicting two winged cherubs in blue and green surrounding a large red heart that reads: To My Valentine. Also surounding the heart are pink flowers and white doves. The reverse of the postcard indicates that it was printed in Germany, and that it was mailed in 1914 to Miss Julia Magill of Orange, California. The sender writes: We have had / another spell / of snow here / and it is pretty / cold. We are all / well but me. I / have been sick. / Your Cousin / Jessie Lanier. This is followed by a few words which are difficult to read, but may indicate the residence of the sender. On View
