DescriptionValentine's Day postcard depicting a young boy and girl exchanging Valentine gifts. The boy appears to be holding a wishbone and a chocolate heart, while the girl holds flowers and a card that reads: Think of Me. At the bottom the card reads: My heart beats warm / As warm can be / And this is 'cause / Of loving thee / My Valentine / Think of Me. The reverse of the postcard indicates that it was printed in Germany and addressed to Julia Magill. It was never signed or mailed, but other cards in this collection list Julia Magill's address in Orange, California and were mailed between 1900-1920.On View
