DescriptionThis custom printed photograph postcard depicts an automobile driving down a dirt road carrying five women and a man. The automobile appears to resemble a REO Model B, which were made between 1905 and 1907. The image is captioned: "Abe Hendricks on way to Orange County Park. Ruth Taylor a passenger, S.A. Milliner."

Orange County Park, now known as Irvine Regional Park, was and still is a popular day destination for picnicing and enjoying nature. The caption indicates these automobiles have made the approximately 8-mile trip from Santa Ana to the park much more feasible.
