DescriptionPartially beaded Pipe Bag on leather, 17"l., with fringe @ 8"l. Floral "S" curve, 2-thread pattern embroidered on white bead ground attached to leather sleeve on both sides, executed in greens, yellow, pink, blues, red & white seed beads. Flowers attached to dark blue stem & contrasting colors indicating earlier period. Geometrically patterned edging at rim of top section. Floral stitch with 2 threads - one laid down with beads in curvilinear pattern, the other used to anchor beads. Attached tag reads, "Quiver Pipe Bag/Chip." Object collected by donor's mother Henrietta Lunde Holte.
