DescriptionThis blue-and-white ware jar is likely a product of the Jingdezhen kilns. Its body is decorated with peony flowers and leaves and its base with lotus petal panels. The shoulder is decorated with a belt of Chinese scepters. Their Chinese name, ruyi, literally translates to "all you wish for." A small lion figure serves as the knob on the lid.On View
