DescriptionNorman B. Tindale spent one year on Grootee Eylandt to help the Church Missionary Society of Australia and Tasmania develop missionary operations on the island. While there, he conducted an anthropological and entomological study. This book, part two of two, contains some of his notes and findings. Tindale is the first scholar to study the environment and peoples of Groote Eylandt.
