French, Chairman is standing at the far right, sources indicate. However, the back of the photograph is labeled Gertrude M. Burns (nee French), daughter of Mr. & Mrs. C.E. French. Gertrude would have been about 17 years old at the time this photograph was taken, and her mother Emma Louise French would have been around 44. Charles Edwin French was responsible for building the first Irvine family ranch in the 1870s.On View
