DescriptionPhotograph taken by Santa Ana photographer Leo E. Tiede of a display for the Horticultural Commission of Orange County at a fair. Several ribbons are on display, as well as potted pants in glass cases and a sign that advertises something called Noxious Weed. This photo may depict a display at the Orange County Fair. Each year at the fair, OC cities displayed their finest products and prizes were awarded for livestock, produce, and homemade goods. To this day, the OC Fair continues this tradition by featuring a wide array of products for sale by individual vendors in sections of the fairgrounds named Carnival of Products, Parade of Products, and Festival of Products.
