DescriptionHorned human face mask. Liberia: Toma/Loma. Well-patinated old wood, the face is covered with a red clay-like material. Three metal teeth in the open mouth. Fibers and hair of hide cut in strips to form a beard. Between the two horns, in the center of the head is a 3"L. nail wrapped with fibers and leather forming a fetish object.DVS #83 slide
