DescriptionThis photograph depicts a group of male citrus workers posing at the Willard & Adams Packing House located in Aliso (Tustin). Also in the photo are signs for the Briggs-Spence Company Fuit Shippers. This packing house claims to be one of the first established in the region. The inscription on the reverse of the photo indicates that prior to the establishment of this staff, Chinese laborers packed the oranges.

The inscription also indicates some of the names of the men pictured: H.J. Plumb, location not specified; Creod (?) Adams, seated at left of Briggs-Spence sign; Henry Adams, at right; and Charlie Willard, 4th from left, who later started Tustin Water Works.
