DescriptionThis wooden crossbow was made by the Bulu people of Cameroon. The Bulu are a subgroup of the Beti-Pahuin (also know as Fang-Beti) peoples, a large division of the Bantu-speaking cultures spread across central and southern Africa. The crossbow features a sleek, function-based design typical of those made in the region.
