DescriptionOil painting titled "Sand and Trees" by Ralph Love. This framed oil painting depicts a desert scene. There are trees, bushes, sand and a road or creek painted in the foreground. In the background there is a dark colored mountain range with a high peak against grayish white clouds and blue sky. The colors on this painting are not vibrant. They consist of pastel green, beige, yellowish beige, yellowish orange and brown, light grey, blackish grey, blue grey and sky blue. Love is signed at the bottom in pink.

The frame is grayish pink with unnatural green striation throughout. The inner border which is closest to the painting is white.
