DescriptionEvelyna Nunn Miller grew up in Santa Ana, taught at Pomona College and throughout Southern California. This landscape oil with white barn, tall eucalyptus trees, farm wagons and equipment are now a period work of a view seldom seen. It is thought this work was painted along Laguna Canyon Road, Laguna Beach, a favorite area of the artist.A longtime friend of the Bowers Museum beginning in 1955 it was her stated aim "to aid in the building of additional space for the promotion and furtherance of Art."
