Several variations of this name exist, an Anna Begay can be traced to Ganado with the birth and death dates of 1933-2004. The rug was originally tethered with yarn to a frame. Ganado refers to a style of rug adopted in the 1930s by weavers who worked in red, white, black and natural grey colors, preferring a strong central motif.On View
