DescriptionA sword club originating from the Middle Sepik River region in the East Sepik Province of Papua New Guinea and dates from early to mid-20th Century. The sword club was carved out of dark wood and fashioned with a knob at the tip of the blade. The handle of the sword features carved ornamentation, possibly of a human figure.
