DescriptionCarved wooden spoon from Indonesia; 20th century. Handle is carved and slightly upright. Carved decorative relief along outer surface of handle with a zigzag or scalloped-like edge. Top of handle consists of a humanistic head with white, possibly shell, eyes. Above that head and facing the opposite direction, is a smaller stylized humanistic head with red, possibly shell, eyes.
