DescriptionFighting arrow from West Sepik Province, Torricelli Mountain area, Papua New Guinea. Dates to Early 20th to Mid 20th Century. This bamboo arrow's point is decorated with elaborate incised designs. These designs surround two opposing sets of two triangular-like cut-out shapes. The incised designs are possibly filled with dark ink.
